Perhaps it's the same fabric technology that was used in the days of hypercolor tee shirts? Angel was in middle school when those were getting really big so perhaps this inspired her?
What were the hypercolor tee shirts? I don't think i'm familiar with them.
Do you have more information on them - i'd love to know more about them!
